2026 Overnight Rides: Our Overnight Rides are COMPLETED for 2026

Weekly Rides: Standard WEDNESDAY RIDES will start at 10:00 am at a designated starting location. Notifications for each Wednesday ride will be posted below by Sunday afternoon including a link to the ride description with starting location and detail about the ride. Double check to be sure the starting time is still 10:00.

First time here? You can sign up for the ride below or, if you prefer, we can send you the Wednesday ride detail each Sunday. Send your email to khacmac@gmail.com or text to 612-986-7934. You will receive an email each Sunday afternoon with details for the ride on Wednesday. A YES response to that notification will be your registration! A second YES will get you a Sena EVO helmet so you can hear your guide!

THE DETAILS:

We are a group of ebikes owners who enjoy riding together. We love meeting other ebike riders and sharing trails and experiences. Any electric bicycle owners are welcome to join us!

For each ride, there will be a designated leader and a number of helpers. We will be wearing bright vests for easy identification.

  • ELECTRIC BIKE OWNERS: Tours are free for electric bicycle owners. You provide your ebike and helmet. And you bike at your own risk.

If you need help with transporting a bike, please contact us at 612-827-5000. We will do our best get help.

  • RENTERS: Tours are ebike-only rides. If you do not have an ebike, you can rent a bike from Pedego.
    • Bike Rental $50 unless otherwise stated (includes ride cost, bike and helmet rental, and initial instruction).
    • Rental may increase for out-of-town events.
    • Rented ebike will be brought to ride start (see each tour for start address).
    • Guests and Renters MUST provide their height as requested for correct fitting of the bike.
    • Helmets will be provided to anyone renting an ebike..Renters MUST wear helmets.
    • NOTE: Renters must remain with the group leaders.

READ EACH RIDE DESCRIPTION! Full description of each ride shows up on the BOTTOM of the SIGNUP page.
And that is where you will also find the link to the RideWithGPS map.

Be sure to note where rides are starting.
While rides may start from the Pedego Eden Prairie (EP) or Mendota Heights (MH) store location, many start elsewhere. Don't end up in the wrong place!

WHAT TO EXPECT: Ride trail routes have been chosen with an effort to use designated bike trails, separate from traffic, as much as possible.
While some rides will involve traffic crossings, every effort will be made to ensure rider safety; leaders will wear fluorescent vests and will manage traffic as needed.

Difficulty: All rides have an indication of EASY, MODERATE or CHALLENGING.
* An easy ride will be primarily on bike trails, separate from traffic as much as possible, with exceptions being trail crossings at streets or short sections on marked sidewalks or street bike lanes.
* A moderate ride will still primarily be on bike trails but may involve sections where we have frequent traffic crossings, designated lanes with traffic, or the bike trails have challenging turns or surfaces.
* Challenging rides involve more non-bike trail sections or bike trails that are more difficult, possibly with sharp turns or varying surfaces. Riders should be experienced and comfortable navigating various obstacles.

Speed: Riders should be comfortable with traveling at least 11 mph. Most rides will be in the range of 25 to 50 miles round trip.

Tour Timeframe: Due to road conditions, group capabilities and length of ride, timing for any ride may vary. Leaders will maintain contact and monitor the riders to ensure a safe and comfortable ride. Stops will ensure time for riders to refresh and walk periodically.

We will do our best to start rides promptly. If you are experiencing a delay, please call or text Kathy Hacmac, directly on her cell phone, 612-986-7934, or contact the designated ride leader (information included in the Sunday texts and emails).

RIDE ROUTE MAPS: All rides have an associated RideWithGPS map; these maps are free to download! Find the link at the bottom of the ride description to download the map. Maps also often include directional CUES that provide information on the ride and directions.
